Tech Support Careers
Some tech support jobs will require a bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems. However, applicants with a computer-related associate degree or the right diploma or certificate may also qualify. You can also increase your on-the-job effectiveness by participating in vendor certification programs for major hardware or software products. These certifications are offered directly from manufacturers and vendors, but exam prep courses are available online.
