A fee of $20.00 is required to evaluate your educational documents and ensure that you have satisfied the requirements. This evaluation is good for one year. After receiving a successful evaluation letter, you may file an application with a non-refundable fee of $69.50. The Texas Real Estate Commission strongly urges you to apply online.
Applying for a Texas Real Estate License Once your application to become an agent is received, processed, and accepted, you will be sent instructions on how to register. You should not attempt to register without being notified that your application has been accepted. You must pass the Texas real estate exam within six months of filing your application.
