Getting Your Georgia Real Estate License

To fulfill the educational requirements for a Georgia real estate license, you must pass a pre-licensing course from an approved school, complete six semester-hours of coursework for a real estate major from an accredited college, or complete a law school course in real property or contracts.

Georgia Real Estate License Exam

When you are issued a real estate agent's license, you must pay the appropriate licensing fee:

  • $340 if applying between 3-12 months of taking the exam

These fees also cover the dues for the first four years of licensure.

Georgia's Continuing Educational Requirements
